Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for digital products sold by Lkhibra Academy.

1. Nature of Products

Our products are digital products delivered electronically. Because access is provided immediately after purchase, refunds are considered on a limited basis.

2. Eligible Refund Requests

We may grant a refund in genuine cases such as:

  • duplicate purchases
  • accidental orders
  • technical problems that prevent access to the purchased product and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time
  • incorrect product delivery

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may be refused in cases such as:

  • you changed your mind after receiving access
  • you no longer need the product
  • you did not read the product description before purchasing
  • you expected features or content not stated on the product page
  • there is evidence of product abuse, file sharing, or refund abuse

4. Refund Request Window

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

To request a refund, email support@lkhibra.com and include:

  • the email used at checkout
  • the order number, if available
  • the reason for the request

5. Platform and Chargeback Handling

For purchases processed by Lemon Squeezy, Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record and may process refunds or handle chargebacks according to its own policies and legal obligations. Lemon Squeezy allows sellers to set their own refund policies, but reserves the right to issue refunds in some cases to prevent chargebacks.

6. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear on the customer's statement, depending on the payment method and financial institution. Lemon Squeezy's documentation notes refunds can vary by banking/payment timelines.
